What payment methods are accepted?

On CasaGiga, payment is made by card online: the booking fee on the day you book, then the deposit and balance charged automatically to your card. ANCV holiday vouchers, cheques and cash are not accepted under any circumstances — neither on the platform nor from the host on site. One exception: if an automatic charge is declined (for instance because of your bank's online payment limit), you can pay that amount by bank transfer from your account (My bookings → your stay), to an IBAN reserved for you. This system protects your payment: funds are only released to the host the day after your arrival. A credit card belonging to another member of your group is perfectly acceptable.
