Leaving a review after your stay

Two days after you check out, you receive an email inviting you to leave a review. The link it contains is all you need — no account, no password. It stays valid for 60 days. You give an overall rating out of 5, then write a comment. The comment is required (one sentence is enough): on CasaGiga, groups book an entire house for several thousand euros without ever visiting it — your words reassure them far more than a rating alone. You can also rate cleanliness, accuracy of the listing and your relationship with the host, but those three are optional. Your review appears on the listing, signed with your first name and last initial ("Marie D."). The host can reply publicly. Please do not include a phone number, email or address: those reviews are held for checking before publication.
