Every CasaGiga account has a link. It does two things at once: the guests you bring through it book with you with no fee, and whoever signs up through it becomes your referral, whose bookings earn you half of the fee. Nobody else offers both.
How it works
One link per account
Host or guest, you have a link carrying your 8-character code. For a host, it is his house's page on CasaGiga; for a guest, the home page. One mechanism for everyone.
The first link wins
Whoever arrives through your link is tied to you for 90 days. If they sign up within that time, they become your referral, for good. A visitor who came through someone else's link first stays with that person.
Your link leads to your house, only
A guest who arrives through a host's link sees no other house on his page: no "similar houses", no suggestions. You entrust us with your client; we do not steer them away.
0% for your guests
A guest you bring through your link and who books with you pays no fee at all. CasaGiga earns nothing on the guests you bring: the card fees are on us.
We take 15%, paid by the guest on top of your price, only on the guests we bring you, through Google or our pages. And you always receive 100% of your price, whether the guest came from you or from us.
What you gain compared with direct bookings: nothing to manage. Online payment, deposit and balance collected automatically, Cautiz security deposit, calendar, Casa answering questions, verified reviews. And every client you bring becomes your referral: if they ever book another house on CasaGiga, you earn half of the fee.
Two safeguards
- A guest already registered on CasaGiga before arriving through your link stays at 15%: they belong to CasaGiga, for life.
- A guest who already has a request in progress on your house stays at 15%.
The referral program
A referral for life
Whoever signs up through your link, host or guest, becomes your referral for good. They never change referrer.
50% of the fee
On every completed booking where your referral is the host or the guest, you earn 50% of the fee collected. Two referrers on the same booking? 25% each.
Up to €10,000
All referrals combined. Once the cap is reached, your earnings stop; your referrals remain yours.
The referral's gift
On their first booking, CasaGiga leaves them its half of the fee. A referred host receives it on top of his transfer. A guest referred by a guest gets it deducted at checkout. A guest brought by a host gets no gift: they already have the 0% with that host.
Paid through Stripe
Your earnings are paid by Stripe Connect transfer the day after the guest arrives, at the same time as the host. Nothing is paid on a cancelled or refunded booking. A guest who refers opens his Stripe account at his first earning.
No self-referral
Same e-mail, same phone or same Stripe account: no link is created.

What never changes
- A guest or a host who signed up through CasaGiga stays with CasaGiga, for life: no link can claim them.
- A referral stays their referrer's referral, for life; only the €10,000 cap stops the referrer's earnings.
- The host always receives 100% of his price.
Where to put your link
On your Google listing (Google Business Profile)
Open your profile, "Edit profile", then "Website" or "Booking link": paste your link. Clients who find you on Google book with you at 0%, with online payment and a security deposit.
On your website
A "Book" button pointing to your link. Your site stays yours; CasaGiga handles the payment.
In place of a badge or a "Verified" link
If you already placed a CasaGiga badge or a "Verified" link on your site, replace it with your link: it does the same job, and your clients book at 0%.
In your e-mails, your social pages, at the end of a stay
Your signature, your Facebook and Instagram pages, and a word to your guests as they leave: "next time, book here". Each of them becomes your referral.
