Can we visit the accommodation before booking?

Yes — the visit is arranged directly with the host as soon as your dates are locked in: that is when you receive their phone number, email and address, and you agree on a time slot together to prepare your event. Locking your dates today only requires CasaGiga's booking fee (15% of the stay, except for very near-term bookings); the host's deposit is only charged one week later, and your payment remains secured by CasaGiga, which only releases it to the host the day after your arrival. These fees cover the matchmaking and visit coordination: they are non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed after the visit. Before booking, no contact details or precise address are shared — this is what protects your payment, in both directions. To help you decide, the listing already has everything: photos, detailed description, amenities, capacity and traveller reviews; and you can ask any question via "Ask a question" — Casa replies directly, or forwards to the host anything only they can confirm.
