On CasaGiga, all payments go through the platform — never directly, never in cash, never by bank transfer to the host. That is the guarantee that makes any scam impossible. In practice: on the day of booking you only pay the service fee, which locks your dates and saves your card; the host deposit is charged to that card seven days later, then the balance as your stay approaches. Your money is secure, and the host is only paid after your arrival. If there were any problem at check-in, we can step in — which would be impossible with a hand-to-hand payment. This is also why CasaGiga never shares a phone number, email address, or link: any exchange or payment outside the platform would no longer be protected.
