Why CasaGiga never shows contact details

On CasaGiga, you will never see the host's phone number, email, or exact address before booking — and that's intentional. For the same reason, the listing locates the property by its department and an approximate map, without naming the town: you discover the exact location and address as soon as you book. All exchanges go through Casa, our assistant: you ask your questions, you get clear answers (from Casa, the host, or our team), but no contact details are shared in either direction. Casa even translates messages if you and the host don't speak the same language. Why? Because communication outside the platform is never secure. By keeping everything on CasaGiga — questions, booking, and payment — we guarantee that your money is protected and that no scam is possible. Once your booking is paid, everything opens up: you receive the exact address, the host's phone number and email in your account, and you can chat freely with them in the conversation — numbers included. The 'no contact details' rule only applies before booking, just long enough to keep you safe.
