CasaZero: the zero-scam guarantee by CasaGiga

CasaZero is CasaGiga's zero-scam guarantee. It covers any booking paid on CasaGiga. • Every host is verified: a listing can only be booked once the host's identity has been verified by Stripe, our payment partner. • Your money stays with us until you arrive: everything you pay on CasaGiga is held by CasaGiga, and the host is only paid the day after your arrival. • A problem on arrival? You have 24 hours to report it from your booking. Property not found or impossible to access: full refund. Property not as described: payment to the host is frozen and we decide. • Host cancels? You are refunded 100% of what you paid on CasaGiga, fees included. • No phone number or address before payment: no one can ask you for a bank transfer or impersonate the host. Once the booking is paid, you receive everything. A viewing doesn't protect you from a scam: a fraudster can rent a property for two nights, show it to multiple groups, and collect deposits for the same weekend. On CasaGiga, it's the money held until your arrival that protects you — and you can visit as soon as it's booked.
