Can I collect payment for the stay myself?

**Yes.** In the **Payment** tab of your listing, choose "**You collect payment yourself**". The balance then no longer goes through CasaGiga: you collect it when and how you wish (bank transfer, card, cash), according to your own terms — including your own contract if you have one. With a deposit set to **0%**, the traveller only pays our service fees online, which hold their dates: the entire stay is settled on-site. **What you gain**: your usual way of collecting payment, and travellers who have already paid to hold the date. **What you lose**: no deposit is guaranteed by CasaGiga. We cannot charge or pay out any amount that does not go through us: the payment and cancellation terms for the balance are those you agree upon with the traveller. **What doesn't change**: the booking remains a CasaGiga booking (dates, commission, reviews). Activating your payments (Stripe) remains mandatory: it is your identity verification, which protects travellers. And a new rental concluded directly with that traveller within 12 months remains prohibited (non-circumvention clause of our general terms and conditions).
