Send a special offer (negotiated price)

You can offer a bespoke rate to a guest from the Requests tab: open the thread, tap « Make an offer », then enter the all-in total price (what the guest pays), the dates and the number of people. You immediately see your net revenue (the price minus the 15% commission). The guest receives a card and an email, and pays through the usual flow according to your deposit/balance model. The offer bypasses the minimum stay and the standard price — handy for a large group or a single night. You choose how long it stays valid: 3, 7 or 30 days (30 by default, because a group often takes weeks to gather everyone's answers). You can withdraw it as long as it is unpaid. If it expires unpaid while the stay is still ahead, we let you know so you can send it again in one click.
