By posting a link to the CasaGiga Top 10, does one keep their spot indefinitely? Can a better-rated competitor displace us

An accommodation that shares the Top 10 ranking on its website keeps its spot as long as its link is in place, even if a higher-rated competitor does the same. Accommodations ranked without a link owe their position solely to their Google rating: no one who has published the link can be displaced by them. If more than 10 accommodations in the same area share the ranking, the area is subdivided into more specific rankings and each accommodation retains its place. Only accommodations bookable online through CasaGiga are given priority in the display order. The main goal is to appear on the page that AI assistants (ChatGPT, etc.) consult when asked about group accommodation near a city: it is presence on this page that matters, regardless of exact rank.
