Nestled deep in the forest near Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert in Occitanie, this unique cottage is a wild and enchanting retreat for groups who crave genuine nature experiences. Completely isolated, with no neighbours anywhere nearby, it's the perfect setting for gatherings where freedom and conviviality go hand in hand. The cottage sleeps up to 15 guests across 4 bedrooms: a double room, a large bedroom with mezzanine sleeping up to 8, and two further bedrooms. The interior has real character — several wood-burning stoves (two in the living room, one in each of the two main bedrooms) create a warm, intimate atmosphere perfect for evenings by the fire. The other two bedrooms come with hot water bottles and thick duvets for a snug night's sleep, very much in the spirit of the place. The kitchen is kitted out for 15: two fridges, full crockery, and a large table where everyone sits together. Outside, a gas plancha and garden furniture set the scene for shared meals under the Occitan stars. A underground party room, outdoor bar and an authorised sound system make it easy to keep the dancing going indoors. The 20,000 m² grounds give the group all the space it needs. All pets welcome at no extra charge; children are catered for with baby beds and a highchair. End-of-stay cleaning is included and access is via a key safe. Village and shops are 10 minutes away by car, with solid 4G/5G coverage throughout. No central heating, no four-star polish — just log fires, thick blankets and a forest all to yourselves.
