It is always difficult to make remarks. However, for the improvement of your establishment, here are a few comments. The upkeep of the outdoor areas leaves something to be desired! The garden furniture and the pool were not cleaned before our arrival. What gives? Yet, just like the interior, it seems to me that these should be clean for the guests' use. Gianni
A very warm welcome from friendly people, gîtes that live up to expectations, atypical and functional, an idyllic place to share as we did (group of 20 people), the proximity of the town of Pézenas where it is lovely to stroll through the alleyways and go to the market, a must-visit spot on Saturday mornings...!!!! I recommend.............
For €263 per night (summer period), the expected standard and comfort are nowhere to be found... - No air conditioning, except in 1 out of 5 gîtes. At the time of booking on Booking, the gîte is advertised with "air conditioning", we found fans... - Iron spiral staircase to access the upper floors (watch your heads, children or elderly people), - Intermediate open mezzanine space counted as a bedroom, - Ridiculously small TV, - Interior and exterior maintenance issues (plumbing, tiling,...) - Non-functional furniture in the bedrooms (closed chest of drawers, no clothes rail,...), Thank you to Warren for his availability and responsiveness.
This is our 2nd stay and everything was perfect. Adorable, welcoming and accommodating hosts. Spacious and well-equipped apartment. Pool is great. Peaceful, just a stone's throw from the town centre of Pézenas. The bonus: they accept pets. Many thanks and see you soon
I highly recommend this gîte, this is the 2nd time we have come in 3 months, with family and friends. The owners are very kind and welcoming 👍
