Shaded by a centuries-old plane tree, it enjoys open views over the vine rows and the Pyrenean peaks. The open-plan living area features a fitted kitchenette with a bar-style counter and a dining space. Sleeping arrangements: one bedroom with two single beds (80 × 200 cm) and a sofa bed in the living room — 4 berths in total, perfect for a small family or intimate group. A shower room with WC completes the layout. Step out onto the private terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue to dine al fresco among the vines. Fully equipped with heating, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, filter coffee maker, toaster and iron. Pets and young children are welcome; smoking is permitted outside. The cottage forms part of a historic 18th-century wine estate where eight self-contained gîtes can jointly accommodate up to 65 guests — ideal for large groups booking multiple properties. Shared amenities include two outdoor summer pools (unheated), one with a pool house and sun loungers, plus a children's play area. A 180 m² reception hall with a professional catering kitchen is available at an extra charge. Accepted events: birthdays, family gatherings, reunions, seminars, holidays.
