CasaGiga 3764 (Aude)

Set across three floors within a fully restored 18th-century wine estate, this characterful house in the Aude, Occitanie, blends historic soul with everyday comfort. Its windows frame sweeping views over the vineyards and the Pyrénées — the kind of backdrop that makes every morning feel like a genuine escape. The property sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 twin bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds (90×200 cm), totalling 8 beds across the house. A bathroom and a separate shower room serve the group well. The warm living room and fully equipped separate kitchen invite shared meals, with electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, heating and a private terrace with BBQ and garden furniture. This cottage belongs to a cluster of independent properties that can host up to 65 guests in total — perfect for large groups who want proximity without sacrificing privacy. Shared spaces include two outdoor pools nestled among the vines (one with a pool house, sun loungers and parasols, open in summer), a children's playground and a 180 m² event room with catering kitchen, available at extra cost for seminars, weddings or family reunions. Tucked away in the Aude countryside near Carcassonne, in Occitanie, the estate is genuinely rural and peaceful. Smoking is permitted outdoors. Indoor music and dancing are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Babies and young children are warmly welcomed.
