Tucked away in the hills of the Tarn, in Occitanie, this secluded stone estate welcomes up to 25 guests and captures the spirit of rural southern France. Thick stone walls keep the interiors cool in summer, while sweeping views over the surrounding countryside set the tone from the moment you arrive. Six rooms provide 21 beds: a master bedroom (1 double), four large rooms with 2 to 3 beds each (doubles and singles), and an 8-bed dormitory with bunk beds — ideal for children or groups of friends. A 40-seat reception hall brings everyone together around one large table for shared meals and celebrations. Outside, a vast private garden (over 3,000 m²), terrace, pergola, charcoal barbecue, and outdoor lighting are made for long summer evenings. Personal tents are welcome in the on-site camping area. When the temperature drops, the fireplace, wood stove, and veranda create a warm gathering space. Table football, table tennis, pétanque, an indoor games room, and board games keep everyone entertained. The fully equipped kitchen serves up to 30 people (3 fridges, 3 dishwashers), and fibre Wi-Fi covers the whole estate. A dedicated meeting room makes it equally suited to corporate retreats. A regional natural park borders the property, with marked hiking trails starting on-site. A supervised swimming lake is less than two kilometres away, and nearby rivers are perfect for kayaking and fishing. Indoor dancing and music are welcome. A baby cot is available.
