Sweet, simple & clean. Pretty view on the basilica. Walking distance to the center. Perfect for a night. Also dog-friendly!
Lovely stopover below the town of Assisi. This a B&B with a motorhome camping area and very well laid out. The lovely gentleman that owns the property provided all the information and showed us the motorhome parking facilities: Toilet, shower, dishwashing area & a handwashing laundry room, all spoess. Jan 2025 price 25€ per night with EHU. Also a swimming pool 3€ pp but not open in Jan when we visited.
Il Girasole is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms were super clean and breakfast was delicious with fresh coffee homemade marmalade and sweet bread. We enjoyed watching the animals and the vegetables they grow in the farm. From the room you can enjoy the beautiful views of Assisi. If you enjoy hiking like we do, Il Girasole is the perfect place to stay. Assisi is about 1 km away. The people there are very friendly. They made us feel like family. I highly recommend Il Girasole.
