My husband, son, and I had a wonderful time in this peaceful and tranquil oasis surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the Umbrian hills and Perugia. The apartment is fully equipped with a terrace and a wonderful view. ❤️ During our stay, we visited Orvieto, Assisi, Todi, Perugia, Cascia, Norcia, and Civita di Bagnoregio, so it's a great base for relaxation. The owners are truly kind and delightful. Recommended.

A small oasis just outside Perugia, surrounded by olive groves, walnut trees, and the stunning Umbrian countryside. The house is a typical, well-renovated country house. The spacious ground-floor apartment has direct access to the garden, and dining outside on the terracotta patio is wonderful. The apartment is fully equipped and ideal for exploring the area. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Parking spaces are available on the property. The evenings are well-breezed, allowing you to enjoy splendid sunsets over Perugia and the surrounding countryside. I recommend this place for exploring the area and enjoying the outdoors.

A stunning medieval residence 2 km from Perugia's historic center, run by Giuliano and Teresa, two young men in their 80s, who are kind, helpful, and courteous. Comfortable, well-equipped rooms with panoramic views of the city, in absolute tranquility. Excellent location for visiting the various surrounding towns and villages. We will definitely return. Highly recommended.
