CasaGiga 3250 (Estang)

Nestled among the rolling hills of the Gers, in the heart of Occitanie, this Gascon cottage welcomes up to 20 guests in the rural village of Estang. Its 8 bedrooms spread across the property offer a spacious, flexible layout perfect for large families, groups of friends, or corporate retreats. Outside, the private pool — open from May through October — and the spa provide a welcome escape, while the expansive garden of over 3,000 m² — complete with terrace, outdoor dining area, barbecue, and sun loungers — becomes the natural gathering hub. A reception room seating up to 60 makes this an outstanding venue for weddings, milestone birthdays, or professional seminars. For entertainment, billiards, pétanque, ping-pong, and foosball keep the energy high, and 10 bikes are on hand to explore the surrounding countryside. Come evening, both indoor and outdoor music are permitted, and dancing evenings with a DJ or external sound system are fully welcome. In the kitchen, everything is designed for group living: a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, plus a washing machine for longer stays. Bed linen and towels are included, fibre Wi-Fi covers the whole property, and air conditioning throughout ensures comfort during the famously warm Gascon summers. Beyond Estang, fields of sunflowers and vines, Armagnac cellars, and lively local markets await. The regional capital Auch is nearby, making this cottage a perfect base for discovering the authentic soul of the Gers.
