CasaGiga 3762 (Aude)

Nestled within an organic vineyard estate in the heart of Occitanie, this characterful 100 m² house spread across three levels welcomes up to 10 guests in a peaceful rural setting, close to Carcassonne. Whether you're planning a family getaway, a reunion, a birthday or a company seminar, this rural retreat effortlessly blends timeless character with modern comfort. The interior flows naturally: a living room, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and two full bathrooms make group living easy and convivial. Sleeping arrangements comprise four twin rooms, each with two single beds (90×200 cm), plus a fifth room with a double sofa bed (140×190 cm) — 10 beds in total, a practical setup for families or small groups. A separate WC adds further convenience. All essential amenities are on hand: Wi-Fi, TV, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Outdoors, a private terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ (charcoal not included) invites long, relaxed evenings under the Aude sky. The property is part of an expansive renovated 18th-century wine estate. In summer, guests enjoy access to two shared pools (one with a poolhouse, sun loungers and parasols), a children's play area and ping-pong tables. For larger celebrations or professional gatherings, a 135 m² event room with a catering kitchen is available at an additional cost — accommodating up to 65 people when several properties on the estate are booked together. Indoor dancing evenings are welcome. Outdoor smoking is permitted. Pets and outdoor music are not allowed.
