CasaGiga 3225 (Lucca)

Set among the rolling hills of Tuscany, this secluded historic stone villa is the perfect setting for group getaways and celebrations. Four en-suite bedrooms — a master suite with a king bed and floor mattress (sleeps 3) and three spacious king doubles (sleeps 2 each) — accommodate up to 9 overnight guests. The standout feature: the estate can host up to 20 guests during the day, making it an exceptional venue for weddings, milestone birthdays, and corporate seminars. The fully enclosed 5,000 m² grounds include a heated private pool (open April through October), a large semi-professional kitchen, a double lounge, an underground party room, a yoga and fitness space, and a camping area for guests bringing their own tents. Outside, a terrace, pergola, charcoal BBQ, al-fresco dining area, children's play area and garden furniture all frame a stunning mountain backdrop. Indoor and outdoor music, dancing evenings, and external DJs are all permitted — ideal for unforgettable weddings and parties. On-site catering is available. Pets are not permitted. Access is via an unpaved forest track — standard cars and SUVs manage it with ease, but very low-clearance vehicles are not suitable. Children are warmly welcomed (two cots, two high chairs, play area), though supervision near the pool and outdoors is required. 200 Mbps fibre Wi-Fi, EV charging point, parking for 5 cars, end-of-stay cleaning included. The nearest village and shops are just minutes away by car, with Lucca and the rest of Tuscany close at hand.
