CasaGiga 2695 (Sant'Albino)

We stayed here as a group of 11 on a cycling holiday. The villa suited us perfectly with 7 large bedrooms each with a bathroom. Everything was superb and Alberto and Lou (who are now managing the property) were friendly and easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a wonderful week. The village of Sant'Albino itself is not special however has the basics including a great pastry shop and a couple good restaurants. The pool and living spaces are comfortable and we would stay here again.

Fantastic!!! We had a group of 10 but could have easily accommodated another 2 couples as well. Although I think 10 was a good number and the pricing was good enough that it wasn't too dear for anyone. Dealing direct with the owner was best for both pricing and recommendations. Having the local village of San Albino within walking distance was tremendous and we took advantage of the local supermarket, patisserie, bar and restaurant plus the local bus to Montelpuciano. King size bedrooms with ensuites and a huge house made this very comfortable for all and we loved sitting around under the pergola every night discussing our day and plans for the next day. Cars are needed for the other towns but there is plenty of parking and a lovely pool area as well as the beautiful vineyards and scenery that you are surrounded by. I would also recommend the Tuscan Chefs that came in and cooked for us and Sylvia's local wine. Talk with Sylvia, she was fantastic to deal with

Every experience with the owner, Silvia, from the first contact to the final farewell hug, was exceptional. She made up a suggested 2 week itinerary for our time in her Tuscany villa and supplied excellent recommendations for Van rentals, rides to and from airports for 15 people (Remigio was super dependable!) Also her suggested chef for 2 wonderful dinners (TuscanChef) provided an amazing experience. The wine tour and tasting with Maritzio and Enrico, at her vinyard, was unforgettable. Her recommendations are to be trusted!! The Villa itself was beyond perfect. Surrounded by cypress trees, vineyards, olive trees, and rainbows! You can not make this stuff up! Each bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the living space was plentiful for all! The outside patio under the wisteria was perfect for dinner for 14 people or just being out of the sun. I could keep on going... Finally, on our last day, when it was time to settle up with Silvia, there were no surprises. She gave us a discount on the cases of wine we drank at the villa and had shipped home. (with their olive oil) Ours was a trip of a lifetime, and our time at the Villa was perfect for all!! Podere Monti is a lovely, comfortable villa located on a beautiful quiet farm a short bus ride or drive to Montepulciano. Sant Albino, is only a short walk away, and its features include several excellent restaurants, a convenient grocery, and a delicious pastry shop. Silvia, the villa host, is very welcoming, kind, and helpful. I have been to the villa four times ( 2015, 2018, 2022, and 2023) and I am going back next year. It is a perfect spot for exploring Tuscany, lounging by the pool, and reconnecting with friends and family. Be sure to taste their wine!

I can't describe how perfect the place was. Super clean, super nice hosts, super nice breakfast, super nice views, super nice pool. Everything was amazing. Kudos Alberto and the family!
