CasaGiga 257 (Gers)

Tucked into the rolling countryside of the Gers in Occitanie, this centuries-old renovated mill is a genuinely extraordinary setting for group stays. On a nearly 4.5-hectare estate, semi-secluded and peaceful, close to Toulouse, you will find total tranquillity just minutes from a village and its local shops. The property sleeps up to 15 guests across 7 tastefully furnished bedrooms, served by 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs — ample for any large group. The building's distinctive character — ancient stonework, generous proportions — blends seamlessly with refined furnishings and modern comforts throughout. The 40 m² pool is open from May to October, heated to 25 °C during the shoulder months so you can enjoy the water even on cooler days. The sauna provides year-round relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen — two fridges, dishwasher, plancha and charcoal barbecue — makes collective dining effortless around a table large enough for all 15 guests. Evenings by the wood stove complete the picture perfectly. Weddings, birthdays, stag and hen parties, seminars and wellness retreats are all warmly welcomed. Outdoor parties, dancing, indoor and outdoor music, and an external DJ are permitted. The yoga and sport space, indoor games room, kayak and paddleboard round out the activities on offer. Please note that pets are not accepted and outside guests beyond the booked group are not permitted. Linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included, with an on-site caterer available on request.
