Nestled in the heart of the Burgundy countryside and within easy reach of Paris, this 342 m² property welcomes up to 24 guests across two independent buildings. Birthdays, stag/hen parties, family reunions, weddings, seminars — this retreat delivers space, togetherness, and complete seclusion in unspoilt nature. The 8 themed bedrooms — including a remarkable medieval room that guests consistently rave about — provide 18 sleeping spaces: 5 rooms sleeping 12 in the main building and 3 rooms sleeping 12 in the second, one of which is wheelchair accessible. Five bathrooms and 6 toilets are shared between both buildings, with showers, a bathtub, and a much-appreciated sauna. A 24-seat dining room pairs with a fully equipped kitchen boasting a professional cold room, gas range, dishwasher, and tableware for 30. Indoors, the dance room with mood lighting and Bluetooth sound, a disco ball, American billiard table, arcade cabinet, PlayStation lounge, and foosball table create a complete entertainment hub. A second kitchenette serves the second building independently. The enclosed 5,000 m² garden, set well away from any neighbours, features pétanque, ping-pong, football goals, a charcoal BBQ, and outdoor dining. Private parking fits the whole group on site. Self check-in from 2 pm (key box), check-out at 6 pm. Cleaning, linen, and towels included. Pets welcome. Beer tap on site. On-request services include catered meals (paella, tartiflette, couscous…), inflatables, taxi, and gourmet hampers.

We had an incredible weekend for my husband's 40th birthday. The house is superb and offers a very wide range of outdoor activities: table tennis, pétanque, molkky, palet, barbecue… The garden is huge. The kitchen is truly functional and very well equipped for so many people! The two-house system is very practical for putting the family to sleep on one side and friends on the other. And the dance floor is equipped with multicolored lights: we had wonderful evenings.

There are plenty of activities available, most of them on the ground floor, so it is very reassuring with children. Large, very well-equipped house, perfect for our seminar with 14 people. Comfortable bedrooms, beds and bathrooms, very well-equipped kitchen. Billiards, arcade, foosball and a large room with a video projector: perfect for alternating between work and relaxation. Only real downside: not quite enough sofas and comfortable seats for break times with 10+ people. The host was very flexible with arrival and departure times.
