CasaGiga 1205 (Doubs)

Set in the rolling countryside of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, close to Besançon, this characterful farmhouse is the perfect venue for group gatherings and celebrations. It sleeps up to 15 guests and can welcome up to 50 people during daytime events — making it an outstanding choice for weddings, milestone birthdays, seminars, hen parties, and family reunions. The property has 13 sleeping places across 6 rooms: 5 spacious double rooms each with a queen-size bed, and a dormitory with 3 single beds — ideal for younger guests or mixed groups. Three bathrooms serve the property, along with additional separate WCs. Inside, bright and generous living spaces include a large lounge, a dining room with a table big enough for the whole group, and a fully equipped kitchen suited to large-scale cooking (crockery for 40, 3 fridges, dishwasher). A games room with foosball, a workspace, and an underground party room complete the picture — perfect for indoor dancing evenings. The reception room seats 45 guests. Outside, a private garden of over 3,000 m² offers a furnished terrace, sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue, a pétanque pitch, a fire pit, and parking for up to 16 cars. Two cots and 3 highchairs are available for families with young children. End-of-stay cleaning is included, on-site catering can be arranged, and guests enjoy a personal welcome on arrival with keybox access for full autonomy. Indoor music and dancing are welcome. Please note: outdoor music, non-resident guests, and pets are not permitted.
