CasaGiga 12 (Yonne)

Set in Burgundy-Franche-Comté (Yonne), this expansive estate welcomes up to 45 guests across three independent buildings. Eighteen rooms — 17 double or triple bedrooms and an 8-bunk dormitory — provide 36 hotel-quality beds, supported by 12 bathrooms to keep large groups comfortable throughout their stay. Common spaces are equally impressive: a generous living room, a 45-seat dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges) and a standout 180 m² reception hall with a bar and professional kitchen, ideal for gala dinners or lively celebrations. Outdoor parties are permitted. Leisure options abound: private pool, wood-burning sauna, outdoor Nordic hot tub, billiards, table football, table tennis, pétanque court and a tennis court. The spacious terrace, barbecue and sun loungers create the perfect poolside retreat. For corporate retreats, a dedicated workspace, fast Wi-Fi and a projector (available on request) cover every professional need. Tucked away in the Burgundian countryside yet close to Paris, the estate sits in an unspoilt natural setting. The region offers remarkable cultural highlights: a unique medieval castle-building site where craftspeople work using 13th-century techniques, a thousand-year-old brick château with summer evening historical pageants, and a monumental canal bridge listed as a historic monument — perfect for a day-trip culture fix. Private parking on site. Pets welcome. Suitable for infants.
