About this home

Set in the rolling countryside of the Yonne, Burgundy-Franche-Comté, this spacious modern estate sits on 5 hectares of private grounds. It sleeps 26 and welcomes up to 100 guests for daytime events — making it a standout choice for weddings, landmark birthdays, seminars, team-building days, and large family gatherings. The 10 sleeping areas total 26 beds: six king-size rooms, two king-size rooms each with an additional sofa bed (4 beds each), one sofa-bed alcove, and a lounge with two sofa beds. One king room is fully accessible for reduced-mobility guests, with an adapted bathroom, separate WC, and reserved parking space. Six bathrooms and nine WCs keep the whole group comfortable. The reception hall seats 80 and pairs with a large semi-professional kitchen (4 fridges, 3 dishwashers), a double lounge, an indoor games room, and a veranda. Outside, the fully enclosed garden (over 3,000 m²) offers pétanque, ping-pong, table football, a gas plancha, and a furnished outdoor dining area. Parking for 30 cars plus an EV charging point. Celebrations are fully supported: indoor and outdoor music, dancing, fireworks, and a fog machine are all permitted; smokers are welcome outside. Outdoor parties and external DJ equipment require prior agreement. On-site catering can be arranged, and a personal welcome awaits on arrival. Peaceful, isolated, and with minimal noise sensitivity — just five minutes from a village and local shops. Pure Burgundy.

An exceptional stay for the Ascension weekend. The place is incredibly charming with its old stone walls, the surrounding forest, and a very peaceful setting. The house is perfectly equipped: a double kitchen, two dishwashers, complete appliances—nothing is lacking. The recreational areas are a real bonus: ping-pong, darts, foosball… ideal for families or groups of friends. The bedrooms are magnificent, the bedding excellent with very comfortable mattresses. Everything is new, immaculate, and spotlessly clean. You can feel the genuine attention to detail and the comfort of the guests. We will gladly return.

★★★★★

A fantastic weekend with friends! The place is beautiful and completely peaceful. The grounds are superb. The facilities are top-notch, not to mention professional. Three refrigerators, two kitchens, two dishwashers—finally, a gîte truly suited to groups! With 14 of us, we were perfectly comfortable. Each bedroom is also fully equipped. Our host is wonderful and takes great care of his guests. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to create a slightly cozier, "living room" style space with more armchairs. When the weather is gloomy, we tend to spend more time indoors. Thanks again!

A huge thank you to our host for his warm welcome, kindness, and help. Everything was perfect, the place is magical, and the rooms are well-equipped and brand new. Honestly, we'll be back with great pleasure. It was an amazing 40th birthday weekend; we already miss this place! 🥺

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the comfort of this beautifully renovated and equipped gîte. The soundproofed room with foosball, ping pong, and darts kept the children entertained during the day and the adults in the evening. I highly recommend this place for a stay with friends or family!

What a pleasure to have discovered this somewhat magical place! It was so pleasant and comfortable to meet here with my colleagues to work. Thank you to our host for sharing the story of its beautiful renovation and for bringing in such high-quality service providers; the meals were as good as the venue itself! Well done!
