This is the 2nd year I've celebrated my birthday at Mas Verdaguer and it fits in very well with our family. It's a weekend that both adults and children enjoy a lot. We hope to add another year and repeat!
Magnificent house, very spacious, clean and cozy
A very well-kept, clean, comfortable place, with spacious spaces and well equipped to spend a weekend with a large family like ours. To repeat
I don't understand how in a rural house of its characteristics they are scandalized for moving a bed a few meters within the same room or for moving a sofa table within the same living room. Gentlemen and ladies of Naturaki, I think this is not important, that they should be more flexible in things like this and give importance to other facts. Your company manages tourist accommodations, but remember that they must be used by people. People are not all the same, we have different tastes, preferences and needs. I invite you to be more flexible but also to have more empathy with the guests. Could they have thought that we had moved the bed next to the radiator because it was cold? Or that the table was moved because there was a baby and it was more practical to have more space? Anyway, they have lost a few customers, that we are people and that we give importance to the things that really matter.
The temperature was limited and we were cold in the rooms, and they charged us for moving the children's beds closer to the radiator with no other explanation than that we had moved the beds. This is the second time we've stayed with Naturaki and the second disappointment. We won't be returning and I don't recommend it for the price they charge.
