Moulin de Buffière

Le Moulin de Buffière accommodates up to 18 people in an authentic setting in the heart of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, in Montbellet. A characterful historic building converted into a group cottage, it suits extended family weekends as well as residential seminars, birthday gatherings among friends, or an intimate wedding away from the urban bustle.

For a group of this size, day-to-day logistics are often the main source of friction. Here, several amenities ease that concretely: the dishwasher handles the chores after shared meals, the washing machine means you don't need to arrive with oversized luggage for a multi-day stay, and the private parking ensures everyone arrives and leaves without complicated logistics.

The outdoor spaces are the property's real asset for large groups. The pool provides a natural gathering point during the day, the barbecue makes it possible to host meals outside without cramming into a kitchen, and the size of the grounds gives everyone room to find their own pace — those who want to socialize and those looking to disconnect for a few hours.

Indoors, the fireplace anchors the collective evenings, particularly during the shoulder seasons. The games available on-site offer simple, effective entertainment for mixed groups, children and adults alike. The Wi-Fi allows those who can't fully switch off from work to handle the essentials.

Montbellet sits in the heart of Burgundy wine country, making it a natural base for excursions to the surrounding vineyards — an activity easily adapted into a team-building exercise or seminar program. The cottage provides access to a rich region without imposing complex organization on the group.
