I made a reservation on January 14th, and it says I'll be charged once the owner confirms it, but it's stuck in "Reviewing" mode. Days go by, and I send an email to get some information because I feel completely left hanging and uninformed. The main problem is that if time passes and I can't go to the place I've booked, there's no availability anywhere else, as it needs to be booked well in advance. They don't reply, so I send a second email, hoping they'll finally get around to it. But frankly, it's unacceptable to have to keep writing like this and not hear anything, especially since I provided my details, including my credit card information. It's very frustrating.
I asked them a question about my upcoming vacation. They responded to my request in less than five minutes. They were extremely kind and professional. Exceptional :)
