L'Aube du Moulin

L'Aube du Moulin is a cottage located in Gleizé, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, a few kilometres from Villefranche-sur-Saône and about thirty kilometres from Lyon. The property accommodates up to 18 people across 7 bedrooms, making it a suitable address for large family groups or gatherings of friends.

The architecture retains traces of the original mill: exposed stone walls, ancient timber framing and generous volumes characteristic of rural Rhône-Alpine buildings. The communal spaces are sized to accommodate a large dining party, with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine for extended stays. Air conditioning ensures comfort during the summer months.

Outside, a barbecue allows meals to be enjoyed in the open air in a verdant setting typical of the Beaujolais countryside. Wi-Fi covers the entire cottage, including the outdoor areas. Games are available on site to liven up evenings or group afternoons.

Gleizé sits within wine-growing territory, between the Beaujolais vineyards and the Saône valley. The village has local shops and motorway access allows Lyon to be reached in under 40 minutes. Hiking enthusiasts will find several marked trails within a 5-kilometre radius. The cottage is equally suited to a celebratory weekend or a week-long group holiday, with a sleeping capacity rarely found in this area.
