La Rosellerie

La Rosellerie accommodates up to 30 people across 9 rooms, making it a suitable address for large groups who want to sleep under one roof without resorting to multiple separate accommodations. The cottage is located in Montrieux-en-Sologne, in the heart of the Sologne, in a quiet setting conducive to gatherings that need space and privacy.

The layout suits a variety of events: a milestone birthday, a family or friends' weekend, a small residential seminar, or a low-key wedding away from the urban bustle. With 9 rooms, groups can organize sleeping arrangements by affinities or family units without anyone ending up at the local hotel.

The shared spaces are sized for collective living. The kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, handles meals for 30 guests without turning the washing-up into an endless chore. The barbecue naturally extends mealtimes outdoors on fine days. On-site parking avoids any debate over where to leave the cars when the group arrives in convoy. The washing machine proves its worth whenever the stay stretches over several days or children are part of the group. Air conditioning ensures consistent comfort in the rooms during summer, which matters when 30 people are sleeping under the same roof.

Games available on site provide entertainment without any additional planning — useful for group evenings or rainy afternoons. Wi-Fi allows those who need to stay reachable to avoid switching off completely, making the venue workable for short seminars or working retreats.

The Sologne, with its ponds and forests, adds a natural setting accessible on foot or by bike from the cottage.
