La Ferme Hauterive

Hauterive Farm is a Norman cottage accommodating up to 28 guests across 9 bedrooms. The building draws on the region's typical rural architecture: half-timbering, exposed stone, and old-tile roofing give it a silhouette characteristic of the Norman bocage countryside. The property is located in Hauterive, a quiet village away from the tourist trail, surrounded by meadows and hedgerows.

The interior is organized to host large groups, with common areas sized accordingly. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, which simplifies the logistics of group meals. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage. Outside, a barbecue allows for open-air dining with views over the rural landscape.

The house also has a selection of games suited to both children and adults, making it a particularly good choice for multi-day stays with family or friends. Normandy offers several points of interest within easy reach: the D-Day coastline, the cliffs of Étretat, Mont-Saint-Michel reachable in under two hours, as well as local markets and producers of cider and calvados.

Hauterive Farm is well suited to family gatherings, mid-sized residential seminars, or groups of friends looking for an authentic rural setting with the amenities needed for a self-sufficient stay of several days.
