La Ferme de Montigny

La Ferme de Montigny is a Norman stone farmhouse capable of accommodating 34 people across 10 bedrooms. Located in Neauphe-sur-Dive, in the Orne department, it is surrounded by the Norman bocage countryside: hedgerows, meadows and apple trees border the property on several sides. The building retains its original proportions, with exposed timber framing and thick walls of local limestone. A large fireplace occupies the heart of the living room and provides supplemental heating during the cool evenings of the late season.

The communal spaces are sized for large groups. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine to ease the organisation of extended stays. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. In the courtyard, a barbecue allows for outdoor group meals. A games area rounds out the amenities for families.

The farmhouse is situated around twenty kilometres from Argentan and approximately forty kilometres from the National Stud of Le Pin, one of the most visited stud farms in Normandy. The beaches of the Calvados coast are reachable in just over an hour's drive. Alençon, with its shops and weekly market, is less than thirty minutes away.

With its 10 bedrooms and capacity for 34 guests, La Ferme de Montigny is equally suited to large family gatherings and residential seminars, offering a complete infrastructure in a peaceful rural setting, away from busy roads.
