Gîte de la Vallée du Don

The Gîte de la Vallée du Don accommodates up to 15 people across 5 rooms, making it a solid base for a group without having to juggle multiple accommodations. Everyone sleeps under the same roof, meals are shared together, and the collective logistics are considerably simplified as a result.

Located in Guémené-Penfao, in the Pays de la Loire region, this cottage sits within a peaceful rural setting, away from urban disturbances. It is a fitting backdrop for large family weekends, milestone birthdays, team retreats that benefit from stepping out of the office, or wedding celebrations that favor intimacy over a banquet hall.

The shared spaces are sized for a group: the kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, handles communal meals without difficulty, and the washing machine means luggage can be managed without the constraints of a hotel stay. Air conditioning ensures consistent comfort for the entire group during warmer periods, without anyone having to negotiate the temperature in their room.

Outside, the barbecue lends itself to al fresco dining and naturally shapes group evenings. Wi-Fi covers the entire property, which remains useful for retreats or simply to keep everyone connected without dead zones appearing throughout the house.

The five-room layout allows for flexible arrangements: couples, families with children, colleagues — the combinations adapt to the makeup of the group. For 15 people looking to share a single venue in Loire-Atlantique, this gîte offers the independence of an entire house without the complications of fragmented private rentals.
