The SPA was anything but relaxing. The water was barely warm inside, once you sit in there you get cold. There were loud kids in the pool throwing goggles at each other, splashing and jumping into the water. We went outside to get away from the kids and there were horse flies constantly trying to bite you, making it impossible to relax. The door in the changing room doesn’t close and the soap in the shower was watery
We had a wonderful weekend here, let’s start from the beginning on a Saturday afternoon from the arrival staff was nice and professional, we had the package with everything included it means a couple massage of 20 mins the access to the spa the stay in a suite with breakfast of the day after and the dinner of the Saturday night. The spa is very nice with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna and Turkish bath ( we didn’t like the massage ) dinner ( with local food ) was good the breakfast was poor just few cakes and some other things in a very tiny space, suite was wonderful and very big we asked for a little late check out ( check out is at 11:00 am ) at 11:30 they didn’t want. One night stay dinner breakfast spa and massage 2 people it’s 500 euros ( too expensive )
We were there for lunch only. It was reasonably good, except the rice dish which was terrible, especially as there is a lot of rice grown in Lombardy so they should know how to use it. The meat course wasn't very good either. Disappointing.
