Casa rural Puigdesala
About
Casa rural Puigdesala accommodates up to fifteen people under one roof, in a Catalan countryside setting within easy reach of Barcelona. The house is designed for groups to live together: the shared spaces are generous, the kitchen is sized for cooking as a crowd, and the outdoor areas let everyone gather without getting in each other's way.
The place is particularly well suited to extended family weekends, groups of friends who meet up every year, birthday celebrations with children, or informal retreats in need of fresh air and quiet. Families with children come back regularly: the little ones have room to play, while adults can relax without constant supervision. Groups of twelve or thirteen have used the house for family outings or couples' weekends — the layout lends itself naturally to it.
The peace and quiet of the property is genuine. No noise from neighbors, an immediately natural setting, and a quality of silence that stands in sharp contrast to the city. This is what returning groups mention first, year after year: Puigdesala feels like a home of your own, only better insulated from the world.
Lurdes and Ramón, the owners, are present without being intrusive. Their availability is appreciated both by groups discovering the house for the first time and by those who have made it a regular haunt.
An average rating of 4.7 across 75 Google reviews reflects an experience that delivers on its promises over time, not just on arrival. For a group looking for a comfortable base in Catalonia, with space, nature, and reliable hosts, Puigdesala ticks the essential boxes without unnecessary frills.

Somos seis parejas y desde hace seis años que nos juntamos para pasar unos dias juntos.Estar en Puigdesala es como estar en nuestra casa, bueno mejorrr¡! Sin dudarlo Puigdesala un 10😉
We were a group of 13 people, for a family outing. The place, incredible. The house spectacular. The kindness of Lurdes and Ramón, is priceless. The five children we brought had a great time, in all the space outside the house. Two fantastic days!!!
Everything is very correct. Uncomfortable beds. And the check-out time is the same as the check-in time, which is too late.
I had a wonderful experience at this country house! It was very well-equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was simply outstanding, surrounded by beautiful scenery and tranquility. It was perfect for enjoying nature and escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that there was enough space for the 13 of us. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the common areas provided a welcoming atmosphere for spending time together. Even access to the country house was easy and convenient. Overall, I would recommend this country house to anyone looking for a lovely place to relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday in beautiful surroundings. I'm sure you'll love it as much as we did.
