I came here with my friends for a little get away and visit france, the location is beautiful (minus the flies) but the lack of things to do is prominent. The staff are rarely around but they at least tell you rules and understand basic english before you get to your room. I stayed in room 4 and it was absolutely horiffic. The room was shared with 4 other people (my friends). The rooms were hot and stuffy and the windows open 15cm. It has been 28°C while we were here and it felt like 31°C. The rooms were boiling and didnt have enough toilet roll and no hand soap. For a 4.7 star place, it needs some improvement to acctually reach that level.
Hey so I went with my school group recently :3 and this place is terrible the food was horrendous quality my friends who were promised alternatives were not,The staff were unfriendly and one physically assaulted my friends,My friends and myself included had to sleep on mattresses on the floor,There was an ant infestation as well as a multitude of mosquitoes in general bad place would not recommend
