This place is Fabulous. Breath taking . We stayed for 2 nights and loved every second of it - quiet, relaxing, safe , clean and so comfortable It’s a 30 min walk into Assisi or 5 mins in a car. We stayed at the end of walking the St Francis Way and it’s exactly what we needed ( including a washing machine ) We will definitely return to this beautiful place Hosts were exemplary - even homemade cake , granola and lovely breakfast basket

We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay in Villa Rosy in July 2025. Super friendly and helpful host, delicious breakfast and beautiful surroundings.

We visited in September for a tour of the olive grove and lunch. We were treated like royalty with a personal guided tour of the grove and the oil making process. The lunch was fabulous, cooked right in the house kitchen, fresh and delicious. Of course the oil was fantastic. It was a highlight of our Italy trip and won't hesitate to return when we make it back here to Italy. Diana and Mark
