This B&B benefits from its location with a unbeatable wonderful view to Assisi. Breakfast was ok with choice of sausages, cheese and sweet stuff, coffee is made to order. The room and its equipment was basic, e.g. the small TV with Italia programs only was standing on top of the wardrobe. The only internationally working socket was in the bathroom where we had to load laptop and mobiles. There should be free wifi, however, it was not working in our room on the first floor. Also we did not get any recommendations for trips or local restaurants in the surrounding.
Very well located, but a bit basic. The rooms are perfectly clean, the parking is covered, so your car is in the shadow. It is very close to Assisi (5-6km), so ideal for one or two nights. But it's not the place where you'll want to spend your holiday in Italy.
Very nice property, super clean, big breakfast, hot water for shower, real quiet, very close to Assisi for easy access.
