Perched at 1,000 m altitude in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees Regional Natural Park, this lovingly restored former shepherd's barn is a peaceful mountain retreat within easy reach of Perpignan. It accommodates up to 12 guests with 14 sleeping spots across 6 rooms: two family rooms with bunk beds (3 beds each), two double-bed rooms (2 beds each), one twin bunk room (2 beds), and a living room with a sofa bed (2 beds). Bed linen is provided. Outside, the 42 m² private pool (open mid-May to mid-September) comes with a children's paddling pool. The fully enclosed garden, pergola-shaded terrace, charcoal BBQ and outdoor dining area make alfresco living a real pleasure. Parking is available for up to 10 cars. Indoors, a large table seats the whole group, a dedicated party room handles celebrations, and the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, two fridges) covers every culinary need. Fibre Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a washing machine complete the picture. A key lockbox ensures flexible, autonomous check-in. The surrounding nature reserve is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts: around ten marked hiking trails, plus canyoning, caving, climbing and adventure courses. Cultural heritage sites are also nearby. Indoor and outdoor music, dancing, external guests, pets (all breeds, no surcharge) and outside smoking are all permitted. Fireworks are not allowed.
