Perched at 1,000 metres above sea level in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Pyrénées Catalanes, this beautifully restored stone farmhouse sleeps up to 12 guests in an authentic mountain setting. Whether you are planning a family holiday, a reunion, a birthday celebration or a wellness retreat, the house offers 110 m² of living space plus a terrace and garage bringing the total usable area to 240 m². The five bedrooms provide 12 beds in total: a dormitory-style room with a bunk bed (2 sleeps), a large room with a double bed (2 sleeps), a room with a double bed, a bunk bed and a single bed (5 sleeps), an additional bedroom, and a large room with a double-and-single bunk bed (3 sleeps). Two full bathrooms serve the entire group. The fully enclosed private garden is home to a 50 m² pool (open May to September), a pétanque court, two BBQs, a pergola, sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture — everything you need for long summer evenings. Outdoor parties are permitted until midnight, indoor and outdoor music is welcome, outside guests may join you, and pets are accepted upon prior agreement. An on-site catering service can also be arranged. Indoors, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, veranda and fibre Wi-Fi ensure modern comfort throughout. Bed linen is provided, and a travel cot and high chair are available for young children. More than ten hiking trails start right from the house, winding through forests to three mountain lakes and a river in the Massif du Madres. The surrounding area also offers canyoning, caving, rock climbing, adventure courses, fishing and cultural excursions. The nearest town is a short drive away, and Perpignan is the closest urban hub for those arriving by rail or plane.
