Three houses gathered around a traditional farmyard in the Indre-et-Loire countryside — a property designed for groups who want to share unforgettable moments while keeping their own independent living spaces. It sleeps up to 21 guests across 9 bedrooms: several doubles, a king-size room, a queen-size room, and three rooms sleeping three (double bed + single). Each cottage has its own fully equipped kitchen and separate living area. The centrepiece is a superb reception room seating up to 28 guests at one long table — perfect for family celebrations, wedding dinners, seminars, or team-building events. The traditional buildings have been lovingly renovated while retaining their rural character. Fully equipped throughout: 7 bathrooms, 4 dishwashers, 4 fridges, washing machine, gas plancha and BBQ, outdoor furniture in a fully enclosed garden, children's play area, sun loungers and fibre Wi-Fi across the entire property. Linen and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning is included, and guests are welcomed personally on check-in. Parking for 20 cars. Close to the medieval town of Loches and the Loire Valley châteaux, this semi-secluded retreat sits at the heart of France — easy to reach for guests travelling from different regions. Pets are welcome (supplement applies), external guests are allowed, and indoor music and dancing evenings are permitted. Outdoor music and fireworks are not allowed; outdoor parties may be arranged on prior request.
