The property sleeps 18 across 6 rooms: a ground-floor double room (160×200 cm queen bed), three family rooms upstairs (each with a 140×200 cm double bed and two bunk beds — one also fitted with a travel cot and changing table), a mezzanine with two single beds convertible into a king (accessed via a ship's ladder), and a sofa bed in the living room. Shared spaces are designed for togetherness: a large lounge with flat-screen TV and integrated sound system, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, two fridges, coffee machine) and a dining table large enough for the whole group. Step outside into the generous 3,600 m² garden, where you'll find a hot tub, trampoline, children's play area, pétanque, ping-pong, charcoal BBQ, sun loungers, fire pit and outdoor lighting. Parking for up to 7 cars, plus an electric vehicle charging point. Just 10 minutes from a village and local shops, this characterful rural gîte is the perfect base for exploring the Loire Valley's legendary castles and countryside — a region celebrated for its exceptional heritage and unspoiled landscapes.
