20 people for my partner's 50th birthday: everyone was won over! Brilliant concept — a large and welcoming dining area, a fully equipped professional kitchen with a pizza oven, a separate sleeping area upstairs with top-quality bedding and a toilet/bathroom in each room, a games room (foosball, billiards) and a bar with benches and a dance floor equipped with a sound system and lighting effects. A caterer next door provides excellent dishes and pizzas. Excellent value for money, a magical place for a wonderful time together!
We had a wonderful family stay for our mum's 70th birthday. The gîte is comfortable and spacious for 19 people: each family was able to enjoy their own room with an en-suite bathroom. The foosball table, billiards and ping-pong were enjoyed by children and adults alike. Well-equipped kitchen, a lovely bar with a huge bench seat for aperitifs, a large dining room and even a dance floor with sound and lighting. Our mum was absolutely delighted with her birthday weekend!
A very original concept with everything you need for a weekend with friends, colleagues or family. We lived out a dream: having a hotel/restaurant/bar all to ourselves for 48 hours. We baked our pizzas like pros, played bartender and made our cocktails between dances on the floor. The option to add beer kegs is a great touch. The town of La Loupe is very close: a drive-through on Friday and you're all set for the whole weekend.
An ideal stay with friends. This former hotel-bar-restaurant is perfect for a long weekend and great evenings. The proximity to the train station and shops (5 min by car) is very convenient — 1h20 by train from Paris-Montparnasse. We also had a fantastic time wakeboarding nearby. The upstairs bedrooms, renovated and fitted with a bathroom, are ideal for a bit of privacy and for looking after young children.
A great place for a get-together with friends or family: we spent 3 days there celebrating Christmas. Our youngsters loved the large wooden bar and the professional beer tap! The dining room is very welcoming, the bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are brand new. A games room (billiards, foosball) and a dance room round the whole place out nicely. Highly recommended without hesitation.
