Tucked away in the Burgundy countryside on the edge of the Morvan, this characterful stone farmhouse sleeps up to 19 guests — ideal for family holidays, milestone reunions, or a special celebration with those closest to you. Eight bedrooms are spread across the property: six rooms with a double bed (2 guests each), one room with a double and a single bed (3 guests), one twin room (2 guests), and a mezzanine with two sets of bunk beds (4 guests). A large communal dining table brings the whole group together under one roof. Outside, the fully enclosed garden is your private oasis: a fenced swimming pool (open June–September), terrace, charcoal barbecue, sun loungers, and garden furniture. Outdoor gatherings are welcome until 10 pm; please note that outdoor music is not permitted. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking — American-style fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine — and a foosball table adds a fun touch for downtime. Washer, dryer, fibre Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TV are included, as are fresh linens, an end-of-stay clean, and a personal welcome on arrival. Families will appreciate two travel cots and a high chair. Pets are welcome (supplement applies), and smokers may use the outdoor areas. Dancing indoors is perfectly fine. External guests are not permitted. Parking is available for up to five cars, with shops just a short drive away.
