CasaGiga 3278 (Lot)

Tucked away in the rural countryside of the Lot, in Occitanie, this authentic farmhouse estate spans 18,000 m² and sleeps up to 20 guests across 7 rooms: a master bedroom with a king bed, four spacious double rooms each with a king bed, a bunk room sleeping four, and a smaller room with three single beds — 17 beds in total, keeping the whole group under one roof. The 90 m² private pool (open May through September) anchors life at the property. Shaded by a pergola and flanked by a poolhouse, an outdoor bar, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower, it draws the group together from lazy afternoon swims to late evenings outside. The charcoal barbecue and plancha handle group dinners on your own schedule. Indoors, a reception room seated for 25, a home cinema with projector, a dedicated meeting room, and a beer tap make this estate equally suited to a residential seminar, an intimate wedding, a family reunion, or a milestone birthday. The kitchen is built for scale: 6 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, a large American-style fridge, and a separate freezer. Activities for every mood: pétanque, table tennis, foosball, a tennis court, a children's playground, and board games. Fibre Wi-Fi at 400 Mbps and a workspace keep professional groups connected. Pets welcome at no extra charge. Dancing and both indoor and outdoor music are permitted. Outdoor parties and external DJs available on request. End-of-stay cleaning included.
