VILLA L'ESCAPADE

Nestled in the Loire Valley, this cottage villa accommodates up to 13 guests across 5 bedrooms. The layout makes it possible to host families, friends, and colleagues without compromising anyone's privacy, while offering shared spaces generous enough for the group to genuinely live together.

The living room and covered terrace are the two natural hubs of communal life. The fully equipped kitchen — dishwasher included — handles group meals without difficulty. The outdoor barbecue extends summer evenings, and the washing machine means you don't need to pack oversized suitcases for a multi-day stay.

The pool and jacuzzi are the most straightforward assets for a group: no need to plan outings, the entertainment is right there on-site. Reliable Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected for those who need it, including during a seminar or team working retreat.

The setting is particularly well suited to birthdays that require space without renting a venue, multi-generational family weekends where children and adults coexist without getting in each other's way, corporate seminars that prefer a residential environment over a standard hotel, and intimate weddings with a small circle of guests. The proximity of the Loire châteaux and the Touraine vineyards enriches the itinerary without any extra planning effort.

Air conditioning ensures comfort in summer regardless of how many people are present, which often makes all the difference during group gatherings at the height of the season. Noizay is less than 20 minutes from Tours and around 2.5 hours from Paris via the A10, making it an accessible destination for groups coming from various directions.
