Villa Évasion

Villa Évasion is a cottage located in Louviers, in Normandy, less than an hour from Rouen and close to the loops of the Seine. The property accommodates up to 15 guests and features 9 bedrooms spread throughout the premises. The house is organized around generous shared spaces, designed for groups on extended stays as well as family gatherings over a weekend.

Outside, a private pool is accessible from the main terrace. A built-in barbecue allows for outdoor dining, and the garden area provides open space for group activities. The surrounding Normandy countryside offers cycling routes along the Seine, local markets, and historic sites reachable by car within an hour. Villa Évasion is equally suited to a multigenerational family group or a small residential seminar.
