Mrs. Inés welcomed us over the Constitution Day long weekend. There were 10 of us, and the house is incredibly comfortable for so many people. All the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, the barbecue is lovely and set back so the smoke doesn't bother anyone outside, and the kitchen is very convenient with a window overlooking the living room. We weren't cold at all, and it was a fantastic weekend. 10/10! A beautiful house, and the owner is wonderful!
A highly recommended place. We stayed for a few days this week, and the tranquility we had is what you look for in places like this. The house has everything you need, and each room has its own bathroom. A large green space. We will have to go back to enjoy the pool.
House with plenty of outdoor space. Outdoor pool. BBQ. Ping pong table. No bath towels due to COVID. And the check-out time on Sunday is strict, as they asked us to leave by 10 am. The owner agreed to let us stay an extra hour, which we appreciated.
The house is VERY good! We went to spend a weekend with the family and everything was perfect. It has 5 large rooms with their respective bathrooms, a very nice pool with umbrellas, the kitchen is enough for 10 people and has two refrigerators and a variety of utensils. It has land where children can play and run inside the house. The barbecue area was very clean and the ping pong table was great too! The owner is very friendly and attentive. We would all repeat!
The house needs some investment, for example, in the kitchen: new pans, a new tablecloth (not one made from scraps), cutlery, glasses, etc., so that if several families are staying, you don't have to do the washing up or loading the dishwasher every time. A fan would also be useful because it gets very hot when cooking, and a thorough cleaning would be welcome. On the other hand, it lacks all the little extras you usually expect in a house for that price, like mosquito repellent, shower gel, and cleaning supplies. Also, although it's not advertised, the owner lives upstairs. While we didn't notice her presence, we think it should be mentioned beforehand. The bedrooms either don't have closets or they're so small that you can't even hang dresses up because they're too short.
