My partner called this place just for a very simple question, about the pool, politely asking if there's a fee to use it, since we live in the area and it could have been a solution without having to travel miles. The elderly gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and the rudest I've ever heard in a hospitality facility. I quote his kind words preceded by a denigrating laugh (I'M NOT LET PEOPLE IN WITH AN ENTRANCE, ARE YOU CRAZY? JUST LEAVE ME ALONE, MUMMERING SOMETHING WE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND). I REPEAT ALL THIS in response to a simple question from a lady, at which point, overhearing the entire conversation, I pick up the phone to remind the dear gentleman of his great manners, but as soon as I open my mouth, he hangs up on me like a great man. I don't expect kindness from people like that, but I would at least have expected civility in human relationships, given that they are a reflection of the structure. SHAME ON YOU.
